1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using RoomRecipe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and UAB Vergetech, a company registered in Lithuania, which operates the RoomRecipe platform.

2. The Service

RoomRecipe is an AI-powered platform that analyses photos of your room and recommends furniture and décor products that match your existing style. The service is provided as-is and is subject to change at any time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

You may not share your account or allow others to access the service through your credentials.

4. Pricing and Payment

Some features of RoomRecipe are available free of charge. Premium features are available through paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page.

All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Changes to pricing will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle and you will be notified in advance.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access to paid features until then.

We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@roomrecipe.app.

6. What You Can Do

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the RoomRecipe service for your personal or internal business purposes.

7. What You Cannot Do

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the service.
• Use automated tools to access the service without our written permission.
• Resell or sublicence access to the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the service.

8. Your Photos and Content

You retain ownership of any photos and content you upload to RoomRecipe. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process and analyse it for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit. You must not upload photos that contain personal data of other people without their consent.

9. Third-Party Products

RoomRecipe may display links to third-party retailers and products. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or quality of third-party products. Any purchase you make from a third-party is solely between you and that retailer, and is governed by their terms.

10. AI Disclaimer

RoomRecipe uses artificial intelligence to generate product recommendations. Recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional interior design advice. Results may vary and we do not guarantee that recommendations will be suitable for your specific needs, dimensions, or preferences.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UAB Vergetech and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UAB Vergetech and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
